The ending for Cap was not a good ending at all. Yes its ok to be selfish at times but not like this. From Winter Soldier Steve is talking to an old Peggy Carter and she says that she had a husband and children and an entire life without him. Cap does what he does in full knowledge that she fell in love with another man and he still goes back and usurps his place. He wipes out an entire family tree. This ending was fan service that destroys the moral character of who cap is. And his most famous line to his best friend, “I’ll be with you till the end of the line.” It makes that line sentimental cliche. I’ll be with you until a piece of tail comes along I can be with. This all goes back to a 2 week crush he had 70years ago and doesn’t show the maturity level of where this character should be. Yes it’s the ending fans wanted, cap to have his happily ever after, but at what expense?

I loved this film, i’m a huge marvel fan, youth pastor, podcaster of pop culture, but this end didn’t sit well with me.
